William Howard Taft

Taft was the largest of our Presidents weighing a hefty 332 pounds. Just from look at him you can tell he wasn't one of salads or fresh veggies at every meal, instead he loved his steak. He'd have one for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A good 12 ounce steak that is. His doctor advised him to reduce the amount of steak he consumed and all he did was reduce the size of the steak from 12 ounces to a measly 6 ounce steak.
