Millard Fillmore

There were two dishes that President Fillmore loved over all other dishes, the American Beef Stew as show in this first photo, and one from Northern England where is family comes from.

The second dish was called Resurrection Pie, created by cooks in the northern area of England where Preisdent Fillmore's ancesters came from. This pie was created with leftovers from the Sunday meal, whereby resurrecting the leftovers from that meal and veggies being combined and recooked in a pie format. It is actually quite lovely and delicious.
