James Monroe - Spoonbread and Fried Chicken with Rice

James Monroe was a Virginia boy who loved thee absolutely southern things: Spoon Bread, which is now called Cornbread, Baked Boar's Head, and Southern Fried Chicken. He was known to order these dishes many times while in the White House.
