Maryland

 

Maryland was established 1632-1634 as one of the founding 13 colonies of the United States of America. It has gone through many changes over the years, from a war zone during the American Revolutionary War to the Civil War to blossoming into a metropolitan community filled with Art, culture, History and nature, and Adventure. 

Baltimore Harbor known as Inner Harbor where you can cruise the inner harbor by tour boat or by a dinner cruise boat to enjoying the food of the many restaurants on the harbor shore to the best Italian food you can find in the area of Fells Point, to taking a ride out into the country and discover the wine country of the mid-Atlantic.

Venture out to the eastern area of the state and discover the Naval College of Annapolis and enjoy the ghost stories of the area to venture to Ocean City where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and ocean that invites you to have a swim. 

You can enjoy more history of the state by enjoying Fort McHenry where the Star-Spangled Banner was created to Ellicott City where you can find the culture and history of the Civil War. 

Let’s not forget the horses of Chincoteague Island and boat tours. Being above the Washington DC state line it’s an easy ride to the Capitol City on any given day for more history and adventure.
